During our weekly online mindfulness practice sessions, we discuss resilience tools that can help you manage stress and strong emotions, answer questions relating to your mindfulness practice and meditate together.

The COVID-19 Pandemic has disrupted everyone’s life. Whether it has affected you financially, physically or spiritually, mindfulness practice can help you find more balance, and achieve relaxed resilience.

The benefits of mindfulness practice are like that of physical training – it may take a while before noticing the difference, but over time your fitness increases and your body changes. Mental fitness works the same way, and with time and practice your brain structure changes to make you happier, more optimistic and solution-focused.
